provides an exclusive service to assure that your home or condominium is protected during your absence, whether it is for a week, a month, a year, or any period of time that you are away. Your peace of mind is important and we will keep it that way.
HOW DO WE DO IT?
We start with an interview with the homeowner and a walk through of your home, at that time we will create a contract agreement for our services.. We obtain the keys and security codes. Your home will be checked for all points included on the Agreement and the options chosen.
Minor repairs and maintenance will be scheduled only after your approval. The basic charge for jobs not requiring professional tradesmen will be $25 per hour plus parts at cost. The exception to this rule is in the case of a real emergency – if your home requires immediate attention (eg, broken window, burst pipe, etc.) San Carlos Inspections will arrange sufficient repair to overcome the problem. This may be without your prior approval if the situation requires urgent action.
